A disclosure between you and VPN Monster Proxy for VPN services, matching services, and features. You cannot commit a crime with our service. It ensures privacy and security by giving a private IP address. You are obligated to obey the law or face the consequences.

By standard when using our service, you are to protect your ID & password and our service from non-approved use and never share your information with outsiders. It is your responsibility while logged in for things that happen on our servers.

You can not use our service for carrying out illegal activities.

Service coverage, speeds, locations & quality may vary. Our service is available at all times bar during maintenance and repair. Other reasons could also play a part. We decide on service offers and limits.  Configuration, compression, and network congestion are the main factors for actual network speed besides other factors. Data delivery is not a guarantee as problems may surface.

Any user involved in malpractices will be suspended or terminated from our service. The user must ensure that their services are configured correctly as VPN Monster Proxy is not responsible for it.

For website visitor detail, VPN Monster Proxy applies Google Analytics. As you load a page on our website, a Javascript code is implemented which reports to Google Analytics for analytical purposes. For enhanced privacy, Google is allowed to gather only a portion of the IP address. Google Analytics may keep a web cookie, but you can dodge it by installing a browser add-on.

What data is logged when customers connect to our VPN service?

Your monthly data traffic is the only thing we log to bill you correctly. What you do on the web is your business.

What data is kept when I stop using your service?

Your email address & password are kept in our customer’s client area. But,  you can remove it if you feel that your credentials could be misused by submitting a ticket to our billing department requesting deletion.

What happens if you receive a legal notice such as a DMCA for copyright material that I have downloaded?

All legal notices are addressed to VPN Monster Proxy.
